VocaliD is a company that makes unique synthetic voices for those suffering from speech disabilities. My partner, Aisha Hakim, first heard of the company when she listened to the founder, Rupal Patel, giving a TED Talk. We reached out to the company in hopes of collaborating with them on a project, ended up working directly with Rupal, and together decided that radio was the perfect medium for her message.
